Oneplan™ Pet Insurance (also known as Onepet Pet Insurance) believes that quality health cover for pets should be affordable, accessible and simple. They are proud of their Plan Options and are on hand to assist in any way to ensure that your pets are protected from any unforeseen events.

The Oneplan Pet Insurance Plan Options include the Pet Hospital Plan, Pet Classic Plan and Pet Super Plan. Depending on the Plan, parts of routine and vet visits, accidents, illnesses and kennelling fees are also covered.

As with all their products, Oneplan™ also offers their innovative online self-service portal that gives the client instant access to their policy information, claims history, payment history and more. What is more is that they are also unique in that they use the Onecard Transactional Card – a Master Card product which makes the claim amount available through the automated telephonic claims system. Any veterinary practice of choice can be used.

Oneplan Pet Insurance has a sub-limit claim structure and does not cover pre-existing conditions. Conditions arising from the lack of care such as vaccine-preventable diseases and worm-related conditions will not be covered. They will also not cover conditions such as obesity, behavioural problems, hereditary and congenital diseases. The waiting period for pregnancy and birth related problems is no shorter than 12 months. Pets older than nine years can not be insured.
